According to the head of Alanya, Adem Murat Yucel, it is planned that the park will become a new beautiful island with a total area of 10,000 m2.

The territory will be equipped with a restaurant, shops with traditional Alanyan goods, walking paths, a paintball area, an animal shelter, a place for competitions, a large swing and a children's playground, among other things.
