Mahmutlar is located 8 km east of Alanya, 135 km from Antalya Airport and 25 km from the airport Gazipaşa. Mahmutlar is located between Kestel and Kargicak and Mahmutlar beach, stretching for 5 km, resembles the coast of Miami. In this part of the city are more than 20,000 residents.
Mahmutlar is especially filled with life in the summer, but in winter there are more than 3,500 migrants from Russia and the Scandinavian countries settled here. This area is in high demand and the population continues to grow. Mahmutlar boasts excellent infrastructure in the district centre.
