The culture and education center in Mahmutlar is almost finished.
The mayor stated:
“Our Mahmutlar urgently needs new social zones as it is the most densely populated area of Alanya.
We are almost done with the construction, 60% of the work is complete. We want our citizens in the region to be able to use this center for both educational and social purposes.
We will complete this project as soon as possible.”
The project is on a Plot of 11,740 m2 built. The total area of interiors is 3735 m2:
Multipurpose hall for 1200 people Conference and theater hall for 550 people
Wedding hall for 100 people
Foyer with an area of 370 sqm
Library 165 m2
24 classrooms
Gym
Parking garage for 120 cars
Coffee shop
Warehouses
Prayer room
Offices
Technical buildings
1000 square meters of outdoor space for weddings and events with a canopy
Park area
Parking spaces.
For our part, we can state that Mahmutlar was once a quiet suburb. Now this is a very sought-after area with perfect urban infrastructure.
