From April 15, 2024, individuals wishing to extend their residence permit in Turkey must provide a UETS (National Electronic Reporting System) address when submitting documents.
Foreigners can obtain their UETS addresses at PTT post offices by presenting:
- - Passport and foreigner identification number
- - Turkish mobile number
- - Valid email address by completing the UETS application form.
Foreigners who have an electronic signature can apply for UETS online at www.etebligat.gov.tr.
